Account Executive
1. Preparation of full set accounts including minority management report with analysis report, required schedules, cash flow planning, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.
2. Responsible for handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filing, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment.
3. Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements audit schedules and attend auditors’ queries.
4. Identify report and resolve accounting related operating issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
5. Attend information request from bankers, customers, vendors and regulatory bodies.
6. Monitor payment to creditors and debtors collection report which include analyzing ageing report, enforcing credit control, prompting necessary actions to collect or settle the long debts.
7. To lead junior accounting staff and assist in problem solving.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP.
8. Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
9. Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management.

CNC Machine Operator
1. Able to operate machine similar to CNC Milling Machine.
2. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
3. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
3. To be fully responsible on machine preventive maintenance, fixture and tools to be well taken care of, and ensure machine is good running condition.
4. Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
5. To work on other tasks as per assigned by Production PIC.
6. Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
7. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

1. Manage and issuing raw material to different section in Production Department.
